Sadly, no, we don't have an API system available yet. It is possible to send form submission data (in PDF format) and file uploads to your own FTP server, but it will only work for forms that contain an upload field.

A solution to this is to add an upload field to your Wishbox form so you can configure it to send to your FTP server. You can then inject custom CSS to hide that upload field on your form.

Let me know if you are interested and I'll have a mini-guide ready for you.

Hello.  Yes, that can work with wishbox.  The only problem is that it won't push the image uploaded via post data.  So you will only receive the image file name but not the file itself.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Ok, but what with screenshots? Will they be transfered?

Is there any way to distinguish, which user sent me feedback? Some ID would be useful.

Unfortunately, no.  The post data does not forward the actual image.  Only the file name.  But you can also integrate your wishbox form with your Google Drive or Dropbox account.  After getting your wishbox form code, make sure you have saved the code somewhere such as your website first before editing the form itself, then you can start your Dropbox integration.

To integrate your wishbox form with Dropbox or Google Drive:

    1. Edit your wishbox form.
    2. Click Integrations

    3. A list of available integrations will appear. Select Dropbox or Google Drive.
    4. Continue with the wizard and then click the Finish at the end.
    5. Save the form

And... I forgot to answer your 2nd paragraph...

Is there any way to distinguish, which user sent me feedback? Some ID would be useful.

Yes, when using the Post Data submission feature, the submission ID, Form ID, IP address, and the rest of the text data shall be available to you, including the image file name that was uploaded.  So you can probably build the link for the file upload actually.

Example:  You can build up the link

    http://www.jotform.me/uploads/your_username/form_ID/submission_id/Image_filename.jpg

Note: Let the bold texts in the link be variables.

    Hope this helps.

You're very much welcome.  Just another suggestion, try to make a test post on your wishbox, and then on the submissions page, try to find the source link of the image so you can find out the URL where it's coming from.  It's because on my end where I'm located, I'm using www.jotform.me, but on yours you might be pointed to a different domain name.
