I LOG INTO MY JOTFORMS ACCOUNT FROM MY CHROME BOOK AND CAN NOT ACCESS MY SUBMISSIONS. I EVEN TRIED TO ADD A USER THAT IS ON THAT CHROME BOOK FROM MY P.C AND STILL NO LUCK. PLEASE ADVISE....

Can you take a screenshot of how the submissions page is displayed to your end when using a Chromebook? That would help us identify the problem.

If possible, check the browser console as well:

Also, please check if the browser is updated. If not, you will know this by going to the About section of the browser settings.
