My forms says it unavailable

    Can you please tell me why after creating the forms it keeps saying 

    This form is currently unavailable!

    I just checked one of the form IDs you have mentioned here. It has been found disabled. The "form is unavailable" message only pops-up when you delete or disable the form.

    To enable the disabled form you can refer to this article - How to Enable/Disable a Form
