My IP address has been banned

Hello. I really need this fixed. I can't access my account thru my computers, only via my phone. I build websites and want to build on my PC. Please help. It's saying that my IP address is banned because of a possible phishing attempt. My is email address is shawn@goswc.net.  Shawn Hagen

I am checking on my PC and that IP address is 206.188.231.183. I'm also checked on my laptop and it doesn't work there either. Could it have something to do with my router? I've never had any problems before.
