I am attempting to downgrade my account but it is not accepting my username and password

    How can I make this happen? I never received a separate Plimus login

    Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original Plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.

    Although for your convenience, I have downgraded your account. Your account will remain premium until December 19, 2012.
