We use JotForm to do our registration for a conference and our deadline was March 1. First, there was a lapse of service sometime between 1 and 3 PM PST and now the site is down for mainteance for a full day? We are making decisions based on the registrations we receive and not having access to our registration information is extremely detrimental to this process!

I would like to have the Excel file for the registrations as well as a report on thw pending submissions.

We have enabled the submissions and reports back. Thank you for your patience.
This was an unexpected downtime for reports. Since we lost our main database server. We were on spare tire and keeping the service fast and responsive meant we had to disable those features temporarily.
