Too many requests error message while submiting the form

    Good morning, 

    I am getting a error message that states "Too many Requests" "Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later". How soon can this error be fixed. Look forward to hearing from you!

    We are now getting a message that asks you if you are a robot before you send the disposition. Is this something we will have to keep doing or will this go away after the problem is 100% resolved?

    Thank you for letting us know about this. Could you provide us with the form ID/URL that you are experiencing the issue? Is the reCaptcha field added to the form? Is this issue occurs to all the forms in your account?

    This is a field that is occurring in all forms for our account. We do not have the reCaptcha field turned on. If it got turned on when updates where being done, we would like you to turn it off asap

    We are now getting a message is the webpage https://www.jotform.com/submit.jotformpro.com/submit/80435275440958 temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Can you tell me when this will be resolved and how it will be resolved?

    I cleared your form caches in case it was a caching issue.  If the issue persists, let us know if it is OK for us to to send a test submission through the form and we can take a look.
