I can not share forms with sub user?

Hi, I have created a sub user account, that account is active. Im trying to share 1 form with that sub user but I can not select any forms to share?

Why is that?

 Hi - I found where to click.... Im thinking it would be helpful if you show a screen shot of where to click or a check box - for the 'select form' to select either view or edit. Anyways i found it after trying a few times clicking everywhere, lol.
