Page Breaks not coming up on the form when published

Hello,

I have published my form and added in multiple page breaks. 

Name of the form: Lettings Offer/New Let Combined form

Some of the page breaks are showing in "View Form" format and some of them are disappearing.

However, when I got into the form to edit it the page breaks show correctly...

Can someone please have a look into this?

Some of the pagebreaks, and pages are not showing, because you have created conditions to show them or hide them based on users selection.

So, you need to calibrate your conditions to make sure your form flows as desired. Also, I noticed that you have incomplete conditions:

Please delete them, or complete them in order to avoid undesired results.
