Geolocation is not working when read only and mandatory.

    My form is now not letting the client submit as it keeps saying the form geolocation field is required and when i set the field to not be required
    it doesnt capture the location.

    In your last question, we had advised that the GPS Location widget is useful in this case over the Geolocation Widget.

    I have observed geolocation widget doesn't capture the location when the pointer is unmoved, whereas GPS Location widget works smoothly even with the pointer is disabled and the field is set to required.

    I see you already have submissions with your existing field and deleting fields will remove the submissions too. You can keep a downloaded copy of your submission sheet.

    I have removed the geo location widget and replaced it with the gps
    location widget however when the clients submit the form all the gps
    locations point to one place which is about 30km away from where they
    actually are. It seems the the geo location now works again but for how
    long I don't know. It seems to be intermitted and only gives problem
    sometimes not all the time. I just don't know what to do anymore.

    I see that the Geolocation widget is working again and I have just tested with one of the submissions. I'll research more on this to see if I can find out a problem as to why the widget doesn't work sometimes.

    I did more research on this and found the cause. The GeoLocation stops working when we exceed the Geolocation daily API limit quota. I have raised this with our Level - 2 team for further investigation.

    They post the further updates as soon as they can. Thank you for your patience.
