Form Not Available?

I am having so many issues using Jot Form that I would like a refund on our account.

Submissions are not showing up when people sign up.

I sent a major bulk email out to our customers and they are receiving an error page when they click on the link that states "This form is currently unavailable."

This makes us as a company look incompetent.

I would appreciate a phone call about this issue.
