Form Over Quota

Hello-

For some reason this error message keeps popping up...I've deleted all of the submissions in the form and it's still doing the same thing. Can you help me get this straightened out?

I reviewed your account and it shows that it had exceeded the Upload space limits allowed for the FREE account. This was the reason the account is over quota and in Overlimit Status.

You can also review the details in your my account usage page

If you want to decrease the Upload space usage, you will need to delete submissions on your forms that have submission uploaded files on them. 

Or you can also upgrade to the next higher plan for expanded Upload space limits. Upgrades will take effect immediately and will reactivate the forms.
