Having Trouble Connecting Jotform and Infusionsoft

    When adding and authenticating the infusionsoft integration, everything seems to work ok, but when I do a test submission on the jotform, it doesn't add the contact to IS. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

    Your integration looks good.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form with integrated Infusionsoft, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    Please try to submit some more test entries, and then check the Infusionsoft contacts. Note that the contacts might not be sorted by the creation date in the Infusionsoft.
