What is the difference between notification and autoresponder email

    I am studying the approval workflow based on the demo form.  I am struggling to understand the difference between notification email and autoresponder email.  In particular, how do I decide which one to use?

    A notification is the email that will be sent to the form owner i.e., when the form is submitted. It has the ability to change the email recipient in the email settings. However, the autoresponder is the one while will be sent to the user as a confirmation. An email address field from the from will be used as the recipient for autoresponder i.e., autoresponder will be sent to the email address filled on the form.

    When you say the form owner, are you referring to the one who design the form?

    I mean to say that the account registered email address of the account where the form is created. If the form is created in your account, the notification will be sent to your email address.
