Something has gone wrong with my form!

I am not sure what is going on with my form.  Earlier in the week people were not able to fill in the total amount to be charged.  It looks like that got fixed .  The tech support person went in an changed that for me.  But now I noticed that I had 2 families that registered and the total registration fee for a family should be 360 but it looks like for both of them 180 was the amount that went in the total amount due.

It should be 360 unless they manually went in and changed it but it seems strange that 2 families in a few minutes of each other both changed it.  This form was working correctly for a few weeks that an individual is 180 a family or couple is 360 and there should be an option to add 3 if you are using a credit card.

I am freaking out here because this is a big problem for collecting correct payment.

What happened and can you please fix it quickly?

    Thanks,

    Ellie

    Hello Ellie,

I was checking the form and noticed that Total Suggested Donation Amount, where the total for payment is being taken from, is editable field, so this could be possible that your respondents edited that field. You may consider hiding it from form respondents.

Also, I would suggest to clear the values of conditionally hidden field On Being Hidden at Form Settings:

This should allow to avoid calculation mistakes in case when respondent has moved back and changed several answers, for example from "an individual" to "family".

    Hope this helps.
