My Account was disabled, deleted forms and saved data to make space, account still disabled

I cleared forms and stored data that is no longer needed, my account shouldn't be disabled anymore, please adjust.

Your account is over limit with upload space.

Meaning you have to either delete some submissions that contain uploaded files or you'll have to upgrade.

But please be mindful that deleted submissions cannot be recovered.

And that is what is throwing your limits over.
