Date Formatting

    Hi,

I have a form where I want to track three separate dates as the process may take more than three days from start to finish.

The form is completed by Person 1, then by Person 2 and then by a supervisor.

    1. Submission Date when Person 1 submits the original form.

    2. Date when Person 2 edits the submitted form (accepting or declining the requested change)

    3. When the Supervisor approves the final version.

The first field is the lodgement date - in the format DD-MM-YYYY.

The second field uses the DateTime Single widget in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

Is there a way to have both date formats the same?  i.e. using either "-" or "/" as the separator?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to insert the current date in date field when the submission data is edited.

Let me do some test and I will get back to you if I am able to find any workaround.
