My Submission storage has been reached, do I need to upgrade?

    My Submission storage has been reached

    Will deleting old forms lead to regaining submission storage OR do I have to take an appropriate subscription plan

    It seems like you have already deleted old submissions. Please note that when the storage limit is reached, the system will delete the oldest submission in your account whenever a new submissions arrives. 

    You can upgrade to a paid plan if you want to have more than 500 submissions stored in your account.
