If we disable the form now, we are exempt from the next monthly payment, are we not?

As long as you dont cancel your subscription, you will get charged per month. So disabling a form doesnt cancel out your subscription.

So that means that I have to delete my user?
How else can I cancel my subscription?

We can cancel it on our end. Do you want us to cancel your Bronze plan and downgrade your account back to the free user?

Yes, that will be great! Thank you! I'd like to receive an approval for than - some document, so that can be certain that we will not be charged for September.

I have canceled your account's Bronze subscription and it will take effect at the end of your current bill cycle (2018-09-02).
You should be able to see this information also when you check the billing section of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
