A form that I created is not working

    I can send a test from jotform and I get it fine, but when I fill out on the website it does not work. I'm not sure what is going on?

    Hi Randy,

    It looks like we had a very temporary replication  problem.

    Can you please the form again and let us know if the issue is persisting?

    What do you mean by non working form? Are you having a problem with Email Alerts?
