I need to update my credit card info

    I need to update my CC info, but can't login. I have requested a change from the "forgot my password" button. Have not received an email from Jotform. How long should it take to receive?

    The email address (cstwpb@comcast.net) has no associated account here in JotForm. Please provide the correct email address registered to the account so we can investigate it further.

    That is the email I have on file as being correct. My website uses a
    jotform page I created to upload files. I pay a $9.95 monthly fee to
    bluesnap for it. I can't imagine it being our other email that begins
    with sales@ or my personal email that begins with mmuscat121@. Please
    let me know how else I can get into my account.

    I see that you were able to successfully login to your account based on your last reply.

    If you are referring to the cstwpb account, you can use that username to request for a password reset instruction. The instruction to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with the account which is — s***s@c*****s***st***y.us
