Is it possible to embed a form created directly into an email instead of having to provide a link? Also, can I modify the link itself?

Its not possible to embed the contents of a form into an email, different email clients render HTML content differently, its just impossible to cater for them all.

You can modify the text of the link, with something like:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://form.jotform.com/form/XXXXXX">THIS IS WHERE MY FORM IS</a>

Where you change the  text in red to your form URL and the text in blue to whatever you want the link to say.

Again, different email clients differ in how you are going to compose the email, but it should render the same in most recipient email clients.

If you are having difficulty changing the text of the link, let us know what email client you are using, gmail, outlook or whatever and we will try to get you instructions on how to this on that particular email client.
