Is there a Geolocation or Map widget that will submit the map image in addition to the coordinates?

I have a need for both the location coordinates and the image of the map (with the marker) to come across in the form submission.

Is this possible with any of the map/location widgets or is there another way to get the map image from or after the submission - I will need to insert the image into a pdf? 

I am currently using the Location Coordinates Widget but do not see an image file as part of the submission.

You can use instead the Address field to enable "Show Addresses Map" option in the form Submissions page.
