Unable to edit form

It's been a while since I logged into my acccount, and I don't see all my forms. I also can't find an edit button for the one form that is appearing in My Forms.

You are currently logged into the account usisshield which is a Sub-Account of the account shield.

So the form you shared in the query https://form.jotform.com/30426752939158  is owned by the account Shield and shared with your account. As such, you cannot currently edit that form unless logged into the main account.
