Why am I still seeing JotForm branding even though I purchased the Bronze plan?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Respondents should not see the JotForm Branding on the Thank-You page of your form after you uncheck the JotForm Branding option on the settings page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Otherwise, please let us know. We may also need to make test submissions on your form with your permission to test the issue.
