Mobile Accessibility through Squarespace

    My clients have not been able to access the survey I created on Jotform's website. The page doesn't load. I then added my survey to my Squarespace website. It will load on a mobile device, but just keep reloading and reloading before you can ever begin the survey. Any advice on how I can fix this problem. Ideally, I'd like to use it on my website, but if I have to keep sending a link to Jotform's site, that's fine too. Just as long as it works on mobile devices.

    I opened the page URL you have provided using a mobile device (iPhone 6s plus) and I was able to replicate the issue.

    That's the article I originally used. I just re-pasted the code again and after reloading the page, the Safari on my iPhone says "a problem repeatedly occurred on "www..."" on a white screen :/

    I tested your form on my iPhone on Safari and Chrome, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue there, the form is showing and operating properly:


    Are you still able to replicate this issue? On which iPhone were you testing?

    Did you try accessing it from a different network?
