How to Change date form to MM-YY?

    Dear Jotform,

    Could I set the date format to MM-YY? Eg. 07-19

    Unfortunately, this is not possible using the current Date Picker Widget added to your form. We do have a Month-Year Picker Widget that could work for this purpose: Date Picker Widget
