I tried to customize the date field to a specific date. but upon check the date field is not working also the submit form

On testing your reservation form, I could not replicate the issue that you reported. I could successfully change the date and made a test submission.
Could you please check if you received my submission?
Please forward us the screenshot of the error that you are facing while changing the date field and submiting the form.
