Having trouble recieving customers info because it takes them directly to paypal

    do i send form to customer before or after payment because he paid first then i sent him form to add all information but it sends him straight to paypal.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, I'm not sure I completely understand your concern.

    If the PayPal payment field in your form is filled, not hidden, and no initial submission was made where a payment was already processed, then it will redirect your users to the PayPal page every time they try to submit the form.

    so should i send the form before they make a payment? also the shipping
    isn't included in the form so customer is only asked to pay for item not
    shipping. can that be fixed or is it even an option? i created another form
    that my suit me better. i just want all customers information and i'll keep
    record of payments through PayPal.

    If you integrate your form with PayPal payment gateway, there's no need to collect the payment to your user. Once the payment form is submitted the user will be redirected to the PayPal page and pay for the product.
