Why does testing forms count against our amount used?

If I am previewing a form and go through the process to make everything work, why does it count as a submission?

More importantly, when I accept an "incomplete payment" it should definitely not count against my payment submissions.

I cannot test what happens with my thank you page without making a PayPal payment.

It seems like y'all need to make a way for us to test ALL aspects of our form as a whole without penalizing us.

Testing submissions should not be counted against the submissions limit as long as you're logged-in into your account, note that in order to recognize the session you need to test using the same browser where you're logged in and avoid using incognito mode.

The same applies for the testing payments, you should also make sure to set the integration to test/sandbox mode in order to avoid counting your tests, here is a guide that will help you testing your PayPal integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/390-How-to-Test-your-PayPal-Payment-Form

If you notice that submissions are counting and you're following the suggested steps, let us know.

The last time I asked about this, you guys just kept resetting my submission count no problem. I wish I had known about this earlier.
