I get a Page does not have permission when trying to add Facebook Tab

    After creating my form when i tried to attach it to my page this error appeared, page does not have persmission to attach custom bar, screenshot below . please tell me how to enable these permissions , i am already really late.

    This error is related to your Page Permission. You need to be an admin to add the Page Tab. You also need to have at least 2, 000 likes to add Custom Page Tab on your Facebook page. This has been going since a year ago.

    If you do not meet any of the requirements above, then you cannot add the Page Tab on your Facebook page.
