    That is incredibly frustrating. I am a teacher and never can figure out how to talk to people to get the answers we need. We would like to purchase a bigger plan and are a non profit. We submitted our non profit forms last year and never heard from anyone.... crickets! Every time we try to fill out customer service forms, they wouldn't submit. Hard to ask questions when that link is broken. Today I got a notification to upgrade again but when I clicked on the links in the email both lead to 404 error messages. PLEASE HELP!!! I love Jotforms but this is frustrating!

    I can relate to your frustration. I just checked your account and if you go to the pricing page, you will see that the prices are already showing the non-profit rates. So, the request was approved. Upon checking our mail logs, I could not find any notification related to the email in your account kbusovsky@caravel.org, so the notification either failed, fell into your spam folder or was directed to any other email address you might have introduced in the nonprofit application form.

    At any rate, your account is all set and you can upgrade with the discounted rate.

    That is awesome news!! I am kind of concerned where the email went so I'll try to figure that out. We changed ownership of the website to our Music Boosters email account as opposed to my personal teacher account. It is now camusicboosters@caravel.org
