Mail Chimp Fields Not Integrated

Mail Chimp Integration doesn't work very well at all.

When chosen, it sometimes takes ages to open if at all.

Sometimes it doesn't offer field choices, even with the correct API.  Or ....

I set up Mail Chimp with 6 fields.  Then I set up Jotform with the same 6 fields.  When I tried Integration, Jotform would give me only 3 unique fields from Mail Chimp. Which is useless for sending to Mail Chimp.

Ooops ... just tried it again ... and now it doesn't even give me the email choice from Jotform to send to Mail Chimp. And Add New Options all come up blank.

Thanks for your support and service.

    Hi,

    First, remove the current integration.

Second, clear your browsers cache and cookies.

Third, please try generating a fresh API key before the integration.

    I have made a clone to your form and I could map all the fields to Mailchimp;

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks

Thanks.  But it's still not working.

I cleaned cache from System Tolls, I emptied the Trash Bin, I ran C Cleaner, I shut down completely and rebooted.  I got a new API from Mail Chimp.

Nothing changed on Jotform.  The drop downs do not offer any other options.

    Thanks.

Do you mean that some form fields are not listed in the Drop Down? This may be related to the field types limitations in our integration.

We can check this from our side, but we need to know what options are not showing up.

    Thanks.

As you may see from the screenshot, the following 3 show only one option "Country"

    Mr/Mrs/Miss

    Area Code

    Phone Number

I have tried this on another computer and have the same error.

    @narnoda

These fields (Mr/Mrs/Miss and Area Code) aren't on your form, therefore you can't map them to your mailchimp fields. The possible solution is to create this fields to your form here or mark them as "unrequired"  on your mailchimp form so you can freely exclude or include these fields on the MailChimp Integration wizard.

Note that Mr/Mrs/Miss is different with "Prefix" on your FullName field. You should separate this field.

    ---

About the Phone Number, be sure to use the Phone Number tool on MailChimp as well so they can be mapped together.

If possible, provide here you API Key so we can try it with our form. Thanks!

Thanks but I think you must be looking at the wrong form.

I've taken screenshots below to show you that the Mr/Mrs/Miss and Area Code fields do exist in both Jotform and Mail Chimp.

In any event, the text field for Phone number is not being integrated.  We have used the Phone Number tool but phone number drop down shows only Country

API for one of the "NODA - 2nd Video" form is:  81334f275f68c3283a343f4130c5a018-us6

    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes I am looking into the right form. Unfortunately, your form setup isn't possible. Like I've mentioned on my previous post, you should separate those fields so you can map it to your mailchimp list.

Prefix is just part of the Full Name field so this is the reason why you can't view them on the integration list. Same with Area Code. You should separate this fields so you can mapped them to mailchimp. Example:

Of course you need to create the right field type on your mailchimp form so you can match them. Take note that Prefix field is a dropdown field, you should also do this on mailchimp with the correct values.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!
