Unable to login to Jotform's account

    I’ve tried to login using every password that I’ve had for my account, none will let me login. What the hell is going on?

    I see you have an account with us and it's active. You can reset your password by using forgot password option on the login screen.

    Here is the first step -


    Step 2: It will ask you for the email or user id, please enter your email address -


    This will send a password instructions to your email and you should then be able to reset it to a new password.
