When someone submits their form they are not receiving a copy

    This worked wonderfully!!! Thank you for your help.


    I now have another issue. When someone submits their form they are not receiving a copy. They only thing I can tell may be the issue is this option is crossed off.

    The email autoresponder is not currently enabled on the 'CFGD Purchase Request' form.
