    Hi,

I have an agency and we do account management for social networks, I do need to collect my customers login information through a form.

How could I properly phrase my sentence so it does go against terms and conditions?

Example - "Please provide us with your Instagram login information" rather than "... provide us with your Instagram handle and password"

    or simply

"Please provide us with your Instagram information" ?

** - How could I properly phrase my sentence so it does NOT go against terms and conditions?

I apologize but we do not support collecting sensitive information through our forms. Even if this is important for your business, collecting sensitive user credentials will violate our terms

No matter what wording you use, collecting login and password will violate of terms. Our phishing filters will detect your form and disable the account immediately. If you need to collect this information you can do it outside Jotform e.g. Email, text etc.

I hope you understand. Feel free to get in touch if you have further questions.
