You cannot integrate 2 payment types in the same form, however, this can be achieved by creating 3 different forms and embed them together.

You can find the answer to your question in the following user guide - How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form

The key point is, you need to have multiple forms for each of the payment methods and the main form which will hold them together so, users can choose which payment method to use. This article explains the process very splendidly and clearly with example forms.

I hope this helps you. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you need further assistance.

    Thank you

But doesn't Paypal accept credit cards?  How come when I integrate the paypal method it only offers a box for someone to add their amount, and not a way to input their credit card details?

Paypal does accept major credit cards for payment. When you use PayPal integration, it redirects users to their website where they can enter their credit information.

If your purpose is to collect payments through credit card using your PayPal account, then you can only do this with a single payment integration. Here is the article that will help - How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

If you still need to use two payment integrations and you can choose your own methods. The example shown in the article (the I previously referred) was just for the demonstration purpose.

As far as collecting donations through credit card is concerned you can make it work with PayPal integration itself.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more information.
