Form is not working on our FB page.

    Hello,

     

    Our applications are not working through jotform on our facebook page or website!! Again.....and we are not receiving emails through our gmail accounts either. Not sure if related.

    I've checked your facebook page and was able to see the form. May we know what issue did you encounter with your form on your fb page?

    As for the email notification, please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-Am-I-Not-Receiving-Email-Notifications and see if that helps.

    When the form is filled out it appears to work on the users end but we are not receiving anything.

    To clarify,your users would be able to fill up the form and receive a notification email. However, no submissions would be saved?

    May we know if all the forms in your Facebook tab is not working?

    Can we have a test submission using your form?
