Our form auto-responder appears to no longer be sending. I tried updating it to use our SMTP server in case it was a deliverability issue, but that didn't resolve it. We have a high volume of submissions (150,000 so far) so I'm not sure if that's a factor, but it's been down for some time now and our users are not able to receive the asset they're submitting the form for because it is delivered by email.

I could not locate any embedded jotform in your site, could you please share the exact URL of the page where you have embedded it?
The form that shows there does not appear to be a JotForm:
I have checked the only form you have in your account: https://www.jotform.us/form/81575303233148, and the autoresponder appears to be well setup. Please try changing the send to "noreply@jotform.com", if it works, it means that the SMTP settings are not correct, or not longer valid.

Hi David, thanks for your answer. That is the form that posts to JotForm. We have the form handling on the backend. Submissions are coming through fine, so that shouldn't be the issue. Furthermore, it was working not too long ago.
I had changed it to use SMTP as a part of troubleshooting the emails not getting received, but it wasn't working even when configured to use noreply@jotform.com. To be safe, I've changed it back to using noreply@jotform.com, and it's still not working.
Is there a way to confirm if these are actually sending from the JotForm servers?

Can we try doing a real submission on your form, in order to test further?

Thanks, this is super helpful. I checked the email history as described in that article and it confirms that emails have not been going out since mid-August. However, we're still getting submissions, even today:
I noticed, when I click on the avatar in the upper right, it says we have had no submissions:
Could this be related?

When I tested the form on my end, the autoresponder sent without issue:
Though our system still shows 0 submissions, it does appear to have gone through and triggered the autoresponder email correctly. Is the form embedded to a web page and being used from there by any chance? If so, let us know the URL of that page and we can check that as well.
