Stripe: Not seeing some of the users payment on Stripe

I created a form by cloning a form.  Now it seems when I use the form to register for my organization, I am getting registered with my organization and the one I cloned the form from.

My organization is MAKOMnj and the one I cloned from is MakomNY.

I don't know what is going on!  I also have 2 people that it looks like they paid from the Jotform notification that I got but I don't see their payment on stripe?

    Help?

Have you embedded your form somewhere? If yes, please provide us with a link to the web page with your form, so we will be able to check this further.

This is the web page with the form

But if you go to MAKOMnj.org and then go to Shabbat and Holidays then to High Holy Days and then scroll down to register, it takes you to that form.

Thank you for the provided information.

    1) There are conditions with errors on that form.

Please fix the conditions with the errors or remove them.

    2) Also, the form can be submitted without a payment. If the payment is required, you need to set the Stripe field as required (click on a gear icon, then switch the Required option from OFF to ON).

If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.

I don't understand what is going on.  I had all these conditions set up and they were correct and now they are not and now the MakomNY stuff is appearing.  Is there any why to get tech support by phone so someone can walk the through this?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support. However, we would gladly assist you via this thread.

May we know if you have edited your form? Editing/removing fields in your form may affect your form conditions.

Kindly please follow my colleagues instructions and test your form.

If the issue still remain, please let us know.

    Thank you.

I did edit the form but I had to take out one piece and I guess that is fine.  I just need this to work well.  It is crappy to start a new business and have so many problems with the forms.

Please consider updating or deleting the conditions in your form with missing fields as suggested by my colleague, Mike. Conditions with missing fields may sometimes affect how the form interacts with these conditions.

I also checked the last 2 submissions in your form and they were successful payments seeing that they contain payer info.

Since the payment field is now required, they shouldn't be able to skip it anymore unless the total amount is zero.
