How to edit the email template for Notifications and Autoresponders?

Hello:

Here is my form.  I want a receipt email to be sent.  I can't seem to choose the correct options.  I keep getting the Thank You email sent to me!  UGH... too many emails.

Can you screen shot what I need to choose....  ?

To customize your email template you may edit your email body for Notification/Autoresponder emails.
