We keep getting a notice saying we are at our quota for submissions

Hi! We keep getting a notice saying we are at our quota for submissions when clients try to fill out our contract online. When I look at our account it says we have used 101 of 130. My understanding is that we have 100 submissions available each month. Does this mean on September 1 we will be back to 100 available?

We normally don't have over 100 per month so I don't want to upgrade any further.

Please advise how to clear this up so we can keep business running smoothly.
