How to make quantity box look neater

I have set up a form for a company that sells horse medication. The form is normally hidden in a subscription as only vets can order the medication, but I have made a new page to allow you to see the form and help me.

My request is how do I make the order form look neater.

How do I remove the ex:23 in each box and just make the form look more professional? Have I used the correct tick box?

You have used the correct fields, you just need to remove the placeholder from numeric fields.

Go to your Form Builder, click on the Wand icon next to access the Number field properties.

Go to Advanced tab, and remove the value from the Placeholder field.

This should give a place number field on the form on your site too.
