Notification mails are not recieving

    Hallo, I am not getting my submission notification on email. I have set up all the normal recipient info as needed and when I do a test mail my email associated with my account receive it but when i use the url below to test my form, I am not getting any notifications. I have integrated a google form with this and see my submissions there.

    I have cloned your form and I cannot replicate the issue. Then I checked your recipient emails, they are not on our bounce list. Then made a test submission via your form (Please ignore it.) when I checked the email logs, I can not see the submission notification mail. There is a problem here as you said.

    I would suggest that please re-create your notification. Probably something is missing on your notification mail settings. Here is a guide for you:
