Do the sub-users have their own limits?

    Good morning, 

    One of my users said she got a message saying she was nearing her monthly limit.  It looks like we haven't come close to our limit.  Is there an individual user monthly limit that I am not aware of?

    I have checked your account and I can see you have configured sub-users, I think you may be referring to one of your sub-users getting the error. 

    Note that although they are sub-users they still have their own limits, adding them as sub-users will not automatically upgrade them. If the forms  belong to the user then that's the reason why he/she is getting the alert, in order to use the limits of the main/paid account they will need to transfer the forms to you. Here's an example about how to do it: 


    They should click on "My Forms" then drag the forms to the shared folder, this will transfer the data as well and the usage will be transferred to the main account avoiding the sub-user to reach the limits.
