Please explain Received 3 Payments

    I have just signed up to the free Jotform option but I have a question...

    It says I can take secure payments but only received 3 payments?  what does this mean that only 3 customers can pay online for an item in 1 year or 1 day?  It is not clear, please can you clarify.

    Payment submission is different from a regular submission. If your form is connected to a payment processor (like PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net) and the user submitted the form and completed the payment, it is considered as a payment submission.

    Under the Free plan, you can receive 3 payments per month. It means that in 1 month, only 3 payment submissions are allowed.

    The monthly limit resets every 1st day of the calendar month. I suggest you upgrade your plan if you are expecting more than 3 payments per month.
