I am having trouble figuring out how I can combine these responses in to one document

    I am using a form to compile locating information on classmates for a 50th year reunion. I have received responses from my classmates and these responses also include a .pdf copy of the response. I am having trouble figuring out how I can combine these responses in to one document, in other words, a class directory. Do you have any ideas that I may be able to use.

    You can export the form submissions into a single PDF file, Excel or CSV. Here's a guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
