    [bounce list] Problem not getting email notifications.

    I am having an issue getting email notifications from our forms. I have noreply@jotform.com added to our "not spam" account, and created a new form pointing to a gmail address on a different server to test that it is also not recieving the notification. Is there an issue with jotform servers yesterday & this morning?

    We have no reports with our email servers, but your email address set up on that form was in our bounce list and that's the reason why your form was not getting emails , as it seems submissions coming from our servers were rejected

    Find below the details our system provided

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 aHlY1k0342rrcDz01HlgAl IB212 m= sg rejected as spam

    At any rate, I have removed it from the bounce list

    We just hit the same issue happening again. Is there any way to permanently prevent us from hitting the bounce list? This seems to be a frequent issue.

    We have removed your email from the bounced list. Please re-check the service.

    However, this is not possible to completely disable the bounce list from our side. You will need to make sure that your mail host is not blocking our messages.

    You have our recommended sender (noreply@jotform.com) on your form, it means that the messages are being sent using Amazon SES method. You can contact GoDaddy support in order to know how to correctly whitelist some hosts and why do they sometimes block the messages from Amazon SES.

    amazonses.com   
    email.amazonses.com
    noreply@jotform.com

    Another workaround is to use multiple recipients and/or forward. For example, send the Email Notification to both your main email, and alternative @gmail email. Also, it is possible to set auto forward from @gmail to any other mailbox.
