Ya depuramos 2 años y aun asi no se libera espacio. favor de apoyarnos ya que tengpo detenida la operacion en la compañia.

Si eso lo tengo claro y sucedio porque borre 2 años de formularios sin embargo no queda espacio aun. No se optimizo el espacio. O de que otra forma puedo optimizar ya que se llenara de nuevo en unas horas.

Do note that the upload space doesn't reset and it is fixed.

May I suggest, downloading your uploaded files and deleting them to free up your space.

Be advised that if you delete submissions they cannot be recovered so be sure to download them prior to deleting them if you have not done so already.

Alternatively, you can use this Search and Delete App to find submissions and remove them or if you don't need the form any more there is always the option of deleting it as well

Buenas tardes as encuesta ya las descargue. Sin embargo no se libero espacio y no quiero q se bloque de nuevo como hacemos para liberar mas memorias si ya elimine 2 años.

I've tried recalculating the upload space, but it doesn't seem to show that you have deleted your submissions / uploaded files. The only way to reduce the count is to delete the submissions / uploaded files. 

Please export your data by following our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF and delete the submissions in your form/s.
