PayPal Payment Not Working

When I complete the credit card form and hit submit on the 2019 Nominee Submission Form, it gets hung up at "please wait". I can't figure out why payment is not processing. 

It is most likely due to your WP platform that limits iframe embedded forms without proper permissions on sandbox attribute in the iframe code.

To fix it, please try to use the iframe embed code of your form and re-embed it directly on your WP page.
